I’m Fred T. Halperin, a self-identified “business rebel,” strategic advisor, author, and speaker with more than 40 years of practitioner experience. I founded Rebel OS Group to help leaders and organizations install future-proof human operating systems that activate truth, rewire team behavior, anchor AI judgment, and unlock enterprise potential. Working across industries, with particular depth in life sciences and healthcare, I bring the perspective of someone who has led, advised, built, and transformed organizations from the inside—not simply studied them from the outside.

My Story: What Made Me A Rebel

For forty years inside organizations, I kept seeing the same room: everyone knew the project wasn’t working, but no one said it out loud. I called it the poker-face room before I understood the system beneath it. I wasn’t braver than anyone else. I simply saw things differently—and learned that difference was an asset. I was a rebel.
